That is the changelog for the new mediawiki. In the future no changelog is needed indeed. I meant the changelog for original epikwiki page(see link). I asked Tom more or less: "When do you think we can move to mediawiki?". He said:
When the majority of the existing content has been moved and authorship credits have been given on the new pages, we can switch to the new system.Vincent
